Quality management system

STP’s quality management system (QMS) structures and guides our operations, and provides a documented framework which our certification to the International Standard ISO 17100 is based on.

The QMS comprises documented procedures for the successful planning, realisation and monitoring of translation projects, as well as detailed project management and linguist selection procedures. We are happy to share these procedures with all stakeholders engaging with STP.
